The Endangered Species Print Project

2009 – present

The Endangered Species Print Project (ESPP) is a project conceived and run by artists Molly Schafer & Jenny Kendler. The ESPP raises awareness and funds for endangered species through the sale of limited-edition art prints. Since 2009, ESPP has raised over $11,000 for critically endangered species.

The edition size of each print corresponds to the remaining population of the featured animal or plant species. For example, only 49 Javan rhinos remain in the wild, so only 49 of ESPP’s Javan rhino prints will ever be made. An organization whose mission is to ensure the survival of the particular species depicted is chosen to receive 100% of the sales price of each print.

To date, I have created two prints for the ESPP.
